1. Definitions v2026.1

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "w56aw", "we", "us", "our" refers to the w56aw platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities operating the website at https://w56aw.app.
• "User", "you", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service offered on the w56aw platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on w56aw for the purpose of accessing real-money gaming and betting services.

w56aw accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated. A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the time of the transaction. w56aw does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your w56aw account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Only the real-money balance is withdrawable. Bonus balance funds remain subject to wagering requirements.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by w56aw

w56aw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your w56aw account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

13. Privacy & Data
